Job Summary: The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving strategic branding initiatives to help attract top talent for the Akima portfolio of companies. Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of an ongoing strategic recruitment marketing plan that includes both inbound and outbound tactics to attract top talent (advertising, events, social media, thought leadership, etc.) Develop and design collateral in support of recruitment efforts including but not limited to job flyers, referral bonus flyers, transition announcements, social media posts Write compelling recruiting-related content that can be used in email templates and on social media, blogs, and our careers website Oversee and coordinate all aspects of recruiting events and job fairs Work closely with Marketing Manager to build social media and branding partnerships that support talent acquisition goals Manage recruiter tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Glassdoor, as well as facilitate on-going education and best practices for using available tools Support ad hoc campaigns for opportunity-driven recruiting efforts Be the evangelist for the candidate experience, offering ideas on ways to continuously improve Generate monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics Work closely with recruiting team to develop creative ways to address challenges Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications or otherrelated major 3-5 years of experience supporting recruitment marketingefforts Excellent understanding of recruitment processes andcandidate selection methods Excellent communication, planning and organizational skillswith a high level of attention to detail Social media background, employer branding, and experiencewith recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, and other candidatemarketing tools Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamicenvironment; must be customer service oriented Theduties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover thenature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to thisposition.
